  14. Hello again folks.

  16. I'm back again this month, trying to find out why I haven't heard anything
  17. about Disksalv 4.

  19. I bought DS3 in December at the Toronto Amiga show and promptly sent in 
  20. the coupon entitling me to the included upgrade to DS4. All I've heard from
  21. you since was a mailing offering to *sell* me DS4. (Thanks, but I'd rather
  22. just get the upgrade I've already paid for.)

  24. I've already corresponded with Dale Larson at IAM, and confirmed that DS4
  25. is a special version for AFS, and that distributing it is your department.

  27. My previous email to you received only an automated reply referring to 
  28. staff turnover at FourthLevel, and promising to get back to me soon. That
  29. was almost a month ago.

  31. With all the recent discussion about problems with disk integrity under
  32. AFS, surely that last thing you need to do now is abandon user support. I
  33. do like and the program (I'm a religious backer-upper, so I can afford to),
  34. but I worry that Fourth Level may be disintegrating...
